STARKVILLE – Every offseason since 2009, Dan Mullen has heard his name associated with just about every major college coaching vacancy.
It has become somewhat of a tradition for Mullen to see where he is going to land next.
There was Michigan, Penn State, Minnesota, Colorado, USC along with the Florida and Miami jobs opening twice, just to name a few.
“Every year in December I’m always going somewhere,” Mullen said. “They always tell me I’m going somewhere. You’re going to this school or you’re going to that school. If it’s on the internet then it must be true.
