Mississippi State Head Coach Chokes Up Discussing Freshman’s Death

On Friday, tragedy struck Mississippi State when the football team found out that freshman defensive lineman Keith Joseph Jr. and his father were killed in a one-car accident.

Keith Joseph Sr also played for Mississippi State as a linebacker from 1989-92.

On Monday during regular media availability, Head Coach Dan Mullen got emotional when talking about Keith Joseph Jr.
