When it’s all said and done, quarterback Dak Prescott may go down as the best player to ever suit up for the Mississippi State Bulldogs’ football team. After arriving on campus from rural Louisiana and going through personal hardship during his time there, Prescott plays his final home game for the school this weekend against rival Ole Miss.
Before this weekend’s game, Prescott wrote a letter to fans and supporters of the school thanking them for their loyalty to him on the field and helping him through tragedies he has dealt with off the field, writing in part:
