Looking back on it, it’s hard to remember many misses in the 2013 Ole Miss recruiting cycle, but there were a couple. Perhaps the most notable miss was Memphis East High School offensive tackle Christian Morris. Ranked as one of the top tackles in the country, Morris was high on a lot of Rebel fans’ wish lists. It did not hurt that three of Morris’s teammates, defensive tackle Herbert Moore, linebacker Marcus Robinson and center Bobby Billingsley, were all set to play their college ball in Oxford.
Still, Morris never took an official visit to Ole Miss, instead using them on Nebraska, Tennessee, Washington and his eventual destination, UCLA.
