The last time we saw our heroes, it was on the bays of Tampa as our young golfing squires took on the No. 25 South Florida Bulls in a one day team competition. The morning was individual match play, followed up by some two-man alternate shot in the afternoon.
The Golf Rebs jumped out to an early lead in the morning session as Brody Blackmon finished off his South Florida counterpart with a tidy 5&4 victory. The score quickly tied up when Chip Getz was narrowly defeated 2&1 in his match. It remained knotted up when Charlie Miller came in with a halve in his matchup.
