Ole Miss fans, it’s now less than seven weeks until the Rebels hit the field against Louisville on Labor Day in the kickoff to the 2021 college football season.
The staff here at Red Cup is starting to ramp up a countdown using some historical facts and figures to give us a stroll down memory lane or drop some knowledge for those of us who aren’t 80+ years old and remember “the good ole days”.
Today’s portion of the countdown is the latter of those two sentiments - with 48 days until kickoff, let’s look at the 1948 Ole Miss Rebel football team.
