Four-star LB Willie Gay decommits from Ole Miss

Willie Gay, a four-star outside linebacker prospect from Starkville, Miss., decommitted from Ole Miss on Monday after a weekend visit to Michigan. He had committed to the Rebels in June.

Gay announced his decision on his Twitter feed.

Gay (6 feet 1, 215 pounds) is considered a top-10 outside linebacker prospect in the class of 2017 and is a national top-125 prospect overall. He also is considered the top defensive prospect in his home state of Mississippi.

Gay is from Starkville High, the same high school that produced Ole Miss true freshman wide receiver A.
