Deedee Hagemann, the star women’s basketball player from Michigan State University, commited to the Lady Rebels on Saturday evening, April 13, much to the delight of Ole Miss Women’s Basketball Head Coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin.
Hagemann averaged 12.3 points, 5.2 assists and 2.4 rebounds at MSU last season. The 5-foot-7-inch senior is a combo guard with a strong skill set. She is quick in transition, defends well for her size and can fluctuate between the point and shooting guard positions.
In her junior year with the Spartans, Hagemann earned second-team All-Big Ten honors on the heels of her exceptional 2023 season.
