It's been a while since we've had some crootin talk, but by golly, Offensive Line Coach Matt Luke put an end to it when he secured a commitment from Jack DeFoor, a three-star OL from Calhoun High School in Calhoun, Ga. DeFoor has a plethora of offers from some of the nation's best, but ultimately chose the Rebels after building quite the relationship with Luke and Hugh Freeze. Ole Miss has made quite the habit of snagging croots from the state of Georgia and that is not at all a bad thing.
DeFoor was a key cog in leading the Yellowjackets through last year's playoffs, paving the way for a team that ran for over 3,000 yards and 47 touchdowns.
