Rookie Mike Reilly is living in a St. Paul hotel during his first training camp with the Minnesota Wild, 15 minutes from his three brothers in Dinkytown and 30 minutes from mom and dad in Chanhassen.
For now, he has no plans on visiting nearby family and friends. For now, he's all business.
"I've got to get away from home as much as I can," Reilly said.
It's not that Reilly didn't enjoy his time as the fourth of five hockey-playing children in Chanhassen, or that he didn't enjoy his three years playing with the Gophers.
