Wild's Justin Fontaine makes his presence felt with deciding goal

Twenty-eight seconds before Justin Fontaine scored the Wild's game-winner Sunday, Ken Hitchcock was wrapping up a nationally televised interview from the Blues' bench.

The St. Louis coach was asked whether he considered pulling his goalie, 24-year-old Jake Allen, after Zach Parise scored from a tough angle early in the first.

The coach responded: "He's learning. You've got to stick with him."

Then, 28 seconds later, Fontaine beat Allen with a shot between the goalie's legs and Hitchcock opted against sticking with Allen, replacing him with Brian Elliott.

The play provided Fontaine with one of the biggest moments of his career, a game-deciding goal in a series-clinching win for the Wild, which used a 4-1 win in Game 6 to end St.
