Kyle Brodziak glad Wild stuck with him, and vice versa

Kyle Brodziak had mixed feelings when the March 2 trade deadline came and went without him.

He was pleased that he would be playing the rest of the season with the Wild. But after the team added forwards Chris Stewart and Sean Bergenheim -- plus the pending returns of injured Matt Cooke, Ryan Carter and Jason Zucker -- the Wild was stacked with so much depth that at least four top forwards would have to sit out each night as healthy scratches.

Yet, even with the surplus of capable forwards, Brodziak has remained in the Wild lineup on a nightly basis, often with different players rotating in alongside him on the fourth line.
