Vikings' Tom Johnson: 'Justice was served'

Vikings defensive tackle Tom Johnson said Tuesday "justice was served" when he was found not guilty last week on misdemeanor charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct.

He said he has not decided whether to pursue a civil suit against the Minneapolis police.

Johnson was on trial last week on charges stemming from an incident last October outside a Minneapolis steak house. Police used pepper spray and a stun gun on Johnson because he allegedly refused to leave the restaurant after closing time.

A Hennepin County jury needed just 15 minutes last Friday to find Johnson not guilty.
