Vikings to hold joint practices with Jacksonville Jaguars August 15th and 16th

For the first time in a decade, the Minnesota Vikings will be hosting a joint practice session with one of their preseason opponents.

The team has just announced that they will be holding two joint practice sessions with the Jacksonville Jaguars on 15 and 16 August, leading up to the preseason contest between the two teams at U.S. Bank Stadium on 18 August.

Leading up to the 2016 season, the Vikings had a couple of joint practices with the Cincinnati Bengals prior to that year’s preseason opener in Cincinnati. The last time the Vikings hosted a joint practice session during Training Camp was in 2007 when the Kansas City Chiefs came to Mankato.
