Robert Smith Launches New Health App

After being selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 1993 NFL Draft, running back Robert Smith battled a number of injuries in the early part of his career. However, he finished his career with four consecutive 1,000-yard seasons before surprisingly announcing his retirement after the 2000 season. He walked away to pursue a career in medicine, and also to try to avoid any serious injuries.

Oh, and he had a bit of an acting career, too. (La la la.)

But in addition to the time he spends with ESPN and his other ventures, Smith has now launched a health app for mobile devices called Fan Health Network.
