Local Culinary Stars Crafting U.S. Bank Stadium Eats

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — U.S. Bank Stadium won’t be up and running until August, but on Tuesday we learned what foods will be for sale.

Renowned chefs from popular local restaurants – such as Ike’s, Spoon and Stable, Revival, and Andrew Zimmern’s Canteen — revealed three new menu items that will be available for concerts and games.

They say they’re working hard to bring top-quality local food to the masses.

Andrew Zimmern and Spoon and Stable chef and owner Gavin Kaysen teamed up to bring the new Italian porchetta sandwich to the stadium.

“Our names are literally on every sandwich that goes out the door,” Zimmern said.
