While the $500 scholarship, practice squad apprenticeship, and the Christmas Eve explosion against Green Bay in 2016 are enough for its own Disney movie, there’s another storyline that is currently playing out.
Thielen is now one of the NFL’s best wide receivers.
The 28-year-old continued to write his movie script on Sunday afternoon against the New York Jets as he caught nine passes for 110 yards and a touchdown.
