EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — The Vikings used their first-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft on one of college football’s best wide receivers, Laquon Treadwell.
The junior from Mississippi was drafted 23rd overall and is the seventh wide receiver the Vikings have ever selected in the first round.
At 6-foot-2 and 221 pounds, Treadwell will bring a physical presence to Minnesota’s offense as he’s known as a superb run blocker.
