Following a day off to rest his hamstring strain, Miguel Sano will be back in the lineup as a designated hitter for the Twins on Saturday against the Houston Astros at Target Field.
Sano, who is hitting .289 and has 12 home runs this year, missed Friday's 3-0 win against Houston after speaking with manager Paul Molitor about soreness in his right leg.
"My hamstring is in a little bit of pain," Sano said Saturday before the game. "I wasn't so excited about being out of the lineup.
