After missing three weeks with a left shoulder strain, veteran left-hander Hector Santiago is set to rejoin the rotation and start for the Twins on Tuesday against the Red Sox in the second game of the four-game set at Fenway Park. Fellow lefty Drew Pomeranz starts for Boston.
