The Wolves got the roster down to the 15 man limit today by waiving Kleon Penn, Nick Wiggins, and Lorenzo Brown. These were expected cuts.
As anticipated, the Wolves got down to the 15 man roster limit today by waiving training camp signings Kleon Penn and Nick (brother of Andrew) Wiggins, as well as the partially guaranteed Lorenzo Brown, who spent much of last season with the Wolves, but with three other pure point guards was always on the fringes of this season's roster.
The only roster question coming in to camp was whether the Wolves would keep Brown or Damjan Rudez, who they received in trade from the Pacers for Chase Budinger in a salary cutting move over the summer.
