Three Gopher Women’s Hockey players were honored at the NCAA Awards banquet Thursday night before the NCAA Frozen Four begins on Friday. Senior defenseman Lee Stecklein and junior center Kelly Pannek were both named CCM First Team All-Americans. Meanwhile sophomore Anna Barlow was named the recipient of the NCAA Elite 90 Award.
Stecklein was named an All-American for the third time in her career. This is the first time she has been named to the first team however. Stecklein was named to the second team the past two seasons.
