After the Duke Blue Devils were edged out in a 85-81 overtime loss to the University of Kansas in the Elite Eight of this year’s NCAA Tournament, the 2018 NBA Draft stood as the next stop waiting for senior shooting guard Grayson Allen.
With his collegiate career in the books, Allen had wrapped up a stay at the blue blood school that certainly garnered plenty of attention, notoriety and controversy over the course of his four years.
To all those that favor the pro game more and/or follow the college game at a casual level, the infamous tripping incidents that Allen incited during both his sophomore and junior seasons has certainly colored the collective impression surrounding the Jacksonville native.
