Garry Monk has told talkSPORT he is impressed by Middlesbrough's squad after starting work at the Riverside and won't be rushed into making signings this summer.
The new Boro boss was a special guest on Thursday's Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast and said there was a real hunger and determination among the players to get the club back into the Premier League.
"It is a club in a really good stable condition," he said.
