Whittington to Participate in WBCA's "So You Want To Be A Coach" Program

ATLANTA — The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced the 2023 class of its annual "So You Want To Be A Coach" program Jan. 24 and Middle Tennessee women's basketball guard Alexis Whittington was among the list of participants.

Whittington and 61 other women's basketball student-athletes from around the country will participate in a two-day workshop on March 30-31 during the WBCA Convention in Dallas, Texas.

Nobody has played more games in a Lady Raider uniform (137) than Whittington, who is in her fifth year with the program. A Murfreesboro, Tenn., native, Whittington has scored 798 points, dished 172 assists, grabbed 530 rebounds and recorded 156 steals in just under 3600 minutes played over her career at Middle Tennessee.
