Lady Raiders unload 3-point barrage in exhibition win

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee put on a shooting exhibition in its final exhibition game of the preseason, throttling Martin Methodist 89-63 in front of 2,139 at Murphy Center Friday.

The Lady Raiders connected on 14 3-pointers as part of their offensive arsenal against the Redhawks with Taylor Sutton and Aislynn Hayes leading the 3-point barrage with four treys each. It is the most 3-pointers in a game for Middle Tennessee since they bucketed 15 against North Texas during the 2013-14 season.

Four Lady Raiders tallied double figures, led by sophomore Anastasia Hayes with 21 points.
