NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee fell to Lipscomb 7-1 on Tuesday evening at Dugan Field
The Bisons (19-28, 13-11 ASUN) struck first in the third inning, plating a pair of two-out runs and would extend their lead to 7-0 after adding five runs in the fourth. The Blue Raiders (17-31, 5-13 CUSA) plated their lone run of the day in the sixth inning on a Gabe Jennings RBI double.
On the mound, Cole Torbett (0-3) was tabbed with the loss, while Chandler Giles (2-2) earned the win for Lipscomb.
