Reports: Gino Guidugli leaves CMU to take RB coaches job at Cincinnati

Gino Guidugli, a former quarterback for the Cincinnati Bearcats, is reportedly returning to his alma mater to coach running backs, according to Brian Fox of Bearcats Radio and Jim Costa of ESPN 96.1 FM Grand Rapids.

Guidugli, 33, was set to become one of the youngest coordinators in college football when CMU opens its 2017 campaign, replacing Maurice Watts.

Guidugli was also CMU's recruiting coordinator prior to his promotion from running backs coach to offensive coordinator. Guidugli also had quarterback coaching duties.

The move is yet another shift in coach John Bonamego's coaching staff this month.
