Kent State locks up 2 new verbal commitments

The Kent State football program has started the week off pretty well. Picking up two verbal commitments within the last 24 hours, the Flashes class of 2017 is really starting to take shape.

On Monday, Paul Haynes and the Kent State coaching staff kicked things off by receiving a pledge from Saddleback Junior College (CA) wide receiver Deondre Moore.

The 6’2 175-pound Moore, who hauled in 28 receptions for 754 yards and eight touchdowns for the Gauchos last season, announced his plans via his Twitter page:

A native of Tennessee, Moore started his college career off at Austin Peay University before deciding to take the JUCO route.
