Wolverines drop third commitment in two days

With excitement ramping up for the start for the Michigan football season in just over a week, things seem to be headed in the opposite direction on the recruiting front. On Tuesday morning, the Wolverines lost their third commitment in two days, this time parting ways with 2018 offensive lineman Jalil Irvin of Stone Mountain, Ga.

The 6-3, 280 pound guard took to Twitter to announce his change of plans, noting that Michigan was still in the mix for his recruitment going forward.

“After talking it over with my mom and coaches, I have decided to decommit from the University of Michigan,” Irvin wrote.
