Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh said he and ESPN analyst Ed Cunningham have patched things up.
Cunningham called a Michigan official, The Detroit News reported Tuesday, to acknowledge he mistakenly speculated during game broadcast last Saturday that All-American cornerback Jourdan Lewis possibly was benched for disciplinary reasons.
Harbaugh was incensed by Cunningham’s comment regarding Lewis’ status.
“Ed Cunningham got way out over his skis,” Harbaugh said Monday at his weekly news conference.
Harbaugh was asked Thursday morning on WXYT-FM’s “Jamie and Stoney Show” whether Cunningham has cleared the air with him.
“We’re good,” Harbaugh said.
