FRISCO, Texas -- The one-on-one meeting with Jim Harbaugh meant a lot.
Cade McNamara typically had to set up an appointment to talk to head coaches on his previous visits to schools, but not with the Michigan coach.
And when Harbaugh met the 2019 quarterback commit on his first trip to Ann Arbor, it was like the two were already friends.
"I walked right in the door and he was like, 'What up, Cade?,'" McNamara said Saturday, after Day 1 of The Opening, Nike's invite-only camp for high school football players.
"I couldn't ask for much more from my head coach than coach Harbaugh.
