NFL Draft: Michigan’s Graham Glasgow Fits Perfectly in Detroit

This year’s NFL draft wasn’t exactly what the Michigan football program wanted, not when arch rival Ohio State is getting guys selected, seemingly with every other pick. Yet, after almost three full rounds, Graham Glasgow, a versatile center/guard for the Wolverines, finally heard his name called.

And the Lions, the team that picked Glasgow, should be happy because they got a good football player. The NFL draft is always a bit of a crap shoot, especially when you get into the later rounds. At that point, it’s about finding guys who will needs and have long-term value and Glasgow fits Detroit on both fronts.
