Michigan Football Offer Roundup: (Week of January 22)

The first player reportedly offered by the Wolverines this week was Mike Sainristil, a 5-foot-10, 175-pound three-star cornerback in the 2019 class.

Hailing from Everett, Mass., Sainristil has offers to play from a variety of schools, including Penn State, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Boston College, Virginia Tech and Rutgers, among others.

Michigan also extended an offer Monday to 2019 defensive tackle DeWayne Carter, a position of need moving forward for the Wolverines in this class.

Carter is from Pickerington, Ohio. That city should ring a bell if you follow Michigan recruiting, or Michigan football in general, as former Michigan defensive end Taco Charlton is also from Pickerington.
