Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh has decided on the Wolverines' starting quarterback for Saturday's opener against Hawaii (noon, ESPN).
He has told the quarterbacks, so they know. But the public will have to wait.
"Yeah, we know who our starting quarterback is, yes," Harbaugh said today at his weekly news conference. "I'll say who our starting quarterback is before Saturday."
Not today?
"Or to you," he said. "I didn't say I was going to say it to you before Saturday."
He didn't even mention the names of Wilton Speight, John O'Korn and Shane Morris, the competitors for the job.
