Graham Glasgow selected by Detroit Lions

The Glasgow family has sent three player to Michigan and they won’t have to divert far from Ann Arbor to see the eldest brother play at the next level. With the 33rd pick of the third round, 95th overall, the Detroit Lions went local, selecting Wolverine offensive lineman Graham Glasgow.

A former walk-on, Glasgow bounced between the guard and center positions, starting 37 games in his career. Focusing on the center spot in his final year, he earned All-Big Ten Honorable Mention recognition from both the coaches and media.

The first Wolverine selected, Glasgow helped extend Michigan’s streak to 78 straight years with at least one player drafted, dating back to 1939.
