Therefore I will like to announce that I am hereby reopening my recruitment to all Universities and football programs.”
The 6-3, 205 receiver out of Egg Harbor City (N.J.) Cedar Creek was one of the Wolverines’ highest rated members of the 2016 recruiting class, but trouble started early when he was suspended at the start of fall camp for undisclosed reasons.
