The Michigan Wolverines have offered a scholarship to 2017 four-star quarterback Davis Mills (Norcross, GA) is easy to like as a quarterback, according to Scout.com.
Head coach Jim Harbaugh identified the traits he likes in a quarterback - smart, plays under control, and throws with accuracy.
This is the 20th offer Mills has received, but Michigan may have the inside track to land him - his dad's parents, their grandparents, and some of his cousins went to Michigan.
Mills has not released any favorites, but many think that Michigan is at the very top of his list.
