Just a very quick Michigan recruiting update for those of you out there looking for updates on the Grant Perry situation...
Here's what's definitely happened so far:
- Jim Harbaugh offered Perry (a 3-Star WR and high school classmate of early enrollee Alex Malzone) a scholarship on Sunday (confirmed via Perry himself)
- Perry has officially de-committed from Northwestern (confirmed via Perry himself)
As of Monday night, Perry has NOT committed to Michigan, despite what you may be hearing elsewhere. While things could change in a hurry (they often do in the recruiting world), he still intends to announce his decision on National Signing Day Wednesday.
