LAPEER, MI - Greg Jones was a consensus All-American linebacker at Michigan State University.
Just five years ago, he celebrated the New York Giants' Super Bowl XLVI victory over the New England Patriots.
He also made headlines for proposing to his then girlfriend, Mandy Piechowski, at Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium after the 21-17 victory.
Jones, 28, is no longer in the NFL but will be watching Super Bowl LI on Sunday, Feb. 5 as the Patriots prepare to face the Atlanta Falcons in Houston.
