Tom Izzo's programs will learn Wednesday if Mark Smith wants to enter the fold. The four-star 2017 point guard will announce his college decision on Wednesday, according to IlliniInquirer.com and the Belleville News-Democrat.
A message for confirmation from MLive to Smith's mother, Yvonne Smith, was not immediately returned.
Smith, the 2017 Illinois Mr. Basketball award winner, will do so in a 7 p.m. ET press conference at Edwardsville (Ill.) High School.
