There's a new king on Michigan State's campus. Josh King, that is, as the highly regarded prospect chose to commit to the Spartans Friday.
Steve Wiltfong of 247Sports reported the news:
During a ceremony at his Hinsdale South school on Friday morning, the 6-foot-6, 250-pound King gave his commitment to the Spartans over offers from the likes of Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Oregon, Tennessee and USC.
"The coaching staff is phenomenal to me," King said. "It feels like a family there, people you can connect to. I visited Michigan State many times and each time it gets better and better.
