Ex-NFL receiver Mark Ingram Sr. may face more federal prison time for gun, pot

FLINT, MI -- A former first-round NFL draft pick for the New York Giants could be headed back to federal prison after police found about 100 marijuana plants and a handgun inside his Flushing condominium last year.

Mark V. Ingram Sr. was on federal supervised release for three federal convictions at the time police allegedly made the discovery at his home.

Flushing police were called to a home Ingram was renting at 114 Riverview Blvd. on May 25, 2017, according to a supervised release violation report filed April 26 in Flint U.S. District Court.

A landlord-tenant dispute occurred and a marijuana grow operation was discovered at the property, according to Flushing police Chief Mark Hoornstra.
