Business, NFL draft in focus for Michigan State tight end Josiah Price

EAST LANSING – Josiah Price will be at home in Indiana with close family and friends next weekend, hoping to hear his name called during the NFL Draft. That’s when football becomes a business.

Yet he and another Michigan State graduate already have started moving toward their post-sports professional lives.

Price and former roommate Joe Johnson, along with Johnson’s wife Megan, started a company that created a dissolvable protein packets for on-the-go workout warriors. It’s starting to attract interest from gyms and health clubs, as well as potential investors.

“That’s kind of taken off a little bit,” Price said this week of VADE Nutrition.
