Work to be Done, But Bergeron Remains Optimistic on Miami's Future

Rome wasn’t built in a day. For Miami second-year head coach Chris Bergeron, that adage rings true. At 5-15-2, the record may not show it, but it still feels like progress is being made in Oxford.

“For a team that has a record like we have, the feeling around our group isn’t too bad,” Bergeron said. “I do think the overall feeling is optimism for the future, which includes the next three games we have. At the same time though, the expectations that we have around here are not the record we have, and that’s just me being real.
