Jeff Locke will be tasked with extending that streak on Tuesday night when the Pirates host the Marlins.
Pittsburgh (22-22) completed a three-game sweep of the New York Mets over the weekend, with its starting pitchers posting a 0.84 ERA and 32 strikeouts in 21 1-3 innings. It received another stellar outing Monday from Charlie Morton, who pitched seven strong innings in a 4-2 victory over Miami in his season debut.
