Tuesday at 'Canes practice: A suspension, game week preps, and home for the opener?

Each day after practice, we’ll give a quick, easy-to-digest look (err, read?) at what happened on Greentree with the Hurricanes. There’ll obviously be plenty more as we move forward, and throughout the day, but for now, five quick highlights from Tuesday’s session, Miami’s second since moving into more of a game-week mode with FAMU preparations.

*FAMU PREP BEGINS: For the first time in the Mark Richt era at Miami, the Hurricanes are in game-planning mode and that means scout teams are pushing the first-team units on both sides of the ball. Miami will have its final scrimmage before its opener on Wednesday with, again, the first offense and defense teamed up together against the scout team.
