The College Football News posted an examination of the “AP College Football Poll: 1936 to 2022 Final All-Time Rankings” that they published on Sunday. The Miami football program ranked 16th all-time 534 points. Florida State with 585 points is the only ACC team ranked ahead of Miami in the All-Time Poll.
The College Football News chose the AP Poll because in their opinion it has been “the most consistent and reliable since 1936.” The rankings are taken from the final AP Top 20/25 Poll at the end of each season. Miami finished the 1950 season 15th nationally.
