The Hurricanes moved up from their spot in the top half of the Associated Press Top 25 this week.

After climbing to No. 14 last week, Miami was ranked 12th in the poll on Monday. It is the highest ranking the Hurricanes men’s basketball team has reached since Miami was No. 6 in the nation in December 2017.

The Hurricanes (13-1, 4-0 ACC), who have won nine consecutive games, picked up their fourth straight conference win on the road against Notre Dame on Friday. They were scheduled to play Vermont last week, as well, but the game was canceled due to weather-related travel issues.
