Drafting in the NBA is part scouting and part vision, as teams want to not only select a talented player but one they believe they can develop within their system.

There are players who have shown us all they have to offer throughout their time in college and then there are those who have a wealth of untapped talent that can potentially change the course of a franchise with their potential.
